Exhibitor/Sponsorship Registration & Auction Donations
The Central States Conference on Hearing will conduct a Silent Auction on both days.
We are soliciting Exhibitors for items for that auction see below for a donation form.
To better accommodate our supporters, we will be having several activities in the Exhibit Hall on Friday and Saturday morning. On Friday we will have a Grand Rounds Activity where participants will rotate through the Exhibit Hall visiting each exhibitor’s booth for a brief presentation. This is a scheduled event and considered an integral part of the conference.
All breaks and luncheon events will be held in the Exhibit Hall to encourage lots of traffic and opportunities for interaction with the participants. Booths can be set up on Thursday evening.
The Exhibitor Fees are only $795 for exhibit space which includes a six-foot table, tablecloth, meal package for one person, and ample time to speak with Hearing Health Care Professionals. If you need electricity($30) at your table please let us know so we can arrange to have it ready for you upon your arrival.
Other sponsorships are also available for the various convention functions.
The Central States Conference on Hearing will also have a Silent Auction and we encourage everyone to participate.
